IN FOOTBALL

OVER 20 YEARS

Match outcome and the implementation of the tactical and strategic tasks of the team during the games depend on the mental strength of the players: his psychological stability and ability to resist fears and doubts, his ability not to fall into well-known mental and emotional traps, a conscious understanding that everything that happens on the field is a consequence and a reflection of his inner state.

What is mental preparation?

Mental preparation does not work with personal trauma. The main task of mental preparation is to help athletes strengthen their psychological stability, develop a winning mindset and increase their performance using their mental abilities.

What is mental preparation for?

Excellent physical fitness is not a guarantee of victory. Some athletes, despite their excellent physical fitness, cannot show their best results during games, which they easily demonstrate in training. The reason for this is poor mental preparation.

What is mental strength?
Mental strength is the ability to overcome adversity and deal well with stress.

Mentally strong footballer:

·   Knows how to avoid mental traps

·   Quickly recognizes your strengths and weaknesses

·   Has the power of concentration

·   Owns the game / situation

·   Knows how to manage his condition

·   In any difficult situation, he knows how to return to the game and to "his center"

·   Motivated and able to set goals correctly and let go of mistakes
