We are glad to announce that the book by Yerzhan Sergazin "The Goalkeeper's Inner Game" has been published about the four roles of a football goalkeeper. She talks about the internal states that each athlete experiences throughout his playing career. Each considered separate state is a certain stage through which the goalkeeper goes through in his professional development.

 

What and how are "stuck" manifested at each of the stages and the mental and emotional traps accompanying this stage, what are the psychological barriers and blockages of the power of the mind that interfere with increasing productivity and effectiveness on the football field, how to overcome oneself and strengthen the mental muscle for in order to reveal the thinking of the winner - you will receive answers to all these and other questions in this training book.

The book is based on the diary-archive of the 25-year continuous playing football practice of E. Sergazin, the practice of self-observation and knowledge of sports psychology, which, having passed through himself, the author integrated into the goalkeeper practice.  The book includes various techniques and exercises,  as well as the foundations of the author's theory of the "Four states of the inner game of football" and the "Art of attention management" methodology, dedicated to the training of mindfulness.  

 

The content of the book will give readers a complete idea of an effective and efficient methodology for disclosing, developing and strengthening all levels of maturation of the goalkeeper's personality and consistently building a winner's thinking, which, as a result, will undoubtedly lead to victories on the football field.
